The Bal d’Argent is the social dance event of the year in Lochac. It is run by a different group each year, with assistance from members of the Guild, and usually includes dance classes as well as a grand ball.

Recently, a bid has been put forward & accepted by the Guild for Bal d’Argent A.S. LVII to be held on the 15th October 2022 to be hosted by the Shire of Adora which is “knowne for its hospitality and happieness of feet!” The following competitions have been set for during the Ball:

• Individual Serif – Gavotte
• Group Serif – Wherligig
• Silver Semibreve – Lochac Canarios
• Individual Non rondel – Saltarello La Regina

There will also be a tassel kick!
